Great place to stay for a trip to Kent. Booked a pet-friendly and brand-new room with a walk-in shower and complimentary breakfast. Favorable location to activities whether heading north or south. Close enough to an industrial/business park, stores, and hot tub.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really good stay for Hawaii vacation. All of the staff was competent and brilliantly helpful. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. The hotel was in a peaceful and easy location so close to the airport and industrial areas for what we wanted it for. Besides, Green River Trail was 4 km away from the venue.

Hotel needs remodeling. Room looked old and worn out. Towels were small and thin, specially the pool towels.

The hotel was a wonderful base for exploring Kent. We truly enjoyed the helpful staff on the night shift. The room was reasonably sized and functional with 2 beds, providing us with a good rest. The restaurant offered hot food.

The double room here has a comfortable bed, a convenient sofa bed, central heating, and an iron available, along with a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub with good drainage.

Pool & hot tub
There was a lot of renovations that where going on throughout my stay which where not disclosed prior to or when booking through your site or with the hotel? I totally would have chosen a different hotel. Unfriendly staff(rude comment made about conditioner) very stingy with toiletries forgotten, in this case conditioner. They did not have any extra towels when asked as well. No coffee, even during there signature 530pm cookies. Worst comfort inn stay this far. . .
